What makes us different?

Our partners are former CEOs, COOs, and functional heads who have run businesses, hired the leaders who built them, and led transformations themselves. We bring the experience that only comes from having done it ourselves, and while we are advisors, we also roll our sleeves up and make it happen.

What do clients get?

A senior core, a global bench, and a lean model. We run small, senior, accountable teams, with a vetted network of associates we can pull in when an engagement calls for specialist advice. We work alongside the leadership team until the change is embedded in the operating rhythm of the business.

How do we work?

We value honest, straight-up communication. We tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. We raise issues early, challenge assumptions, don’t avoid uncomfortable truths, and are accountable end to end. Our measure of success is simple: clients who don’t need us anymore.

Why the UAE?

AcuityX was built here, by people who live here. We are based in the UAE, shaped by global experience, applied with a local lens. We are not an imported team flown in for the engagement.
